Our history

  R.C. Nielson & Son Inc,  was founded back in 1923 by  Danish immigrant, Rudolph C. Nielson.  A carpenter and builder by trade, Rudolph and his family settled in the Cleveland area and found employment with a well known department store. Working on store displays and window designs, soon became a competition between the larger stores. Rudolph, having earned a good reputation,  was soon able to start his own business and provide a number of companies with building, painting and decorating services. 

 Having been passed down to it's fourth generation, R.C. Nielson & Son Inc, is now celebrating over 100 years of being in business, and is owned by Kevin C. Nielson, with over 40 years of experience, continues to be a family owned and operated business.
